Home Energy Assistance Target (HEAT) Program

The HEAT program provides winter home heating assistance and year round energy crisis assistance for eligible low income households throughout Utah.  Now, for a limited time, the HEAT program may be able to help eligible households with water assistance on a limited basis.

The regular HEAT Program is open from November 1 - April 30 unless funds run out early. To apply for HEAT and/or Water Assistance:

Distribution from 12:00 to 1:00 PM or till supplies are gone. Always on the last Wednesday of each month.
